That’s why we were thrilled to have visited this year’s Fleet Procure Live 2026 at the renowned Millbrook Proving Ground (May 13-14). As a fleet management company, our goal is to deliver excellence in procurement and vehicle sourcing to our clients. What makes Fleet Procure Live unmissable?
Fleet Procure Live isn’t just another conference; it’s the leading ride-and-drive event specifically tailored for leasing brokers and fleet professionals. Here’s what the event brings to the industry and to our business specifically:
Hands-on vehicle testing
With over 25+ manufacturers showcasing their latest models, we had access to test-drive hundreds of vehicles, including the newest EV additions to the market. Getting behind the wheel of cars we’re brokering allows us to provide better, first-hand advice on performance and suitability for your fleet, giving us a real advantage when it comes to our product knowledge.
Mat Williets, Appointed Representatives Manager, said: “My own personal highlight at the event was driving the BYD Seal which I absolutely loved. As an electric vehicle, it qualifies for the lowest UK Benefit-in-Kind tax bands and the 82.5kWh battery provides a competitive range of up to 323 miles. It gives fleet operators a high-spec, well-built alternative to the Tesla Model 3 and BMW i4 too.

Direct access to OEMs & suppliers
The event offered an unmatched opportunity to speak face-to-face with manufacturer representatives, dealers, and key industry suppliers. We were able to discuss stock availability, lead times, and exclusive funding deals directly, allowing for faster, more effective procurement decisions.
Industry insights & strategic networking
Beyond the track, the event featured key industry updates and workshops designed to streamline the ordering process. From an AR perspective it was a fantastic opportunity to gather a large number of our partners at such a great event and to be able to interact directly with them throughout the two days, with the opportunity for them to network amongst each other too.
Being able to catch up with other partners we interact with, like QV Systems and Motor Complete, was really productive as well.
Digital transformation
We’re actively moving towards more seamless, digital procurement. This event is a hub for exploring the latest in EV infrastructure, leasing software, and AI-driven fleet management tools.
Our focus: moving faster and smarter
Our involvement was focused on strengthening our partnerships with key Manufacturers (OEMs), ARs and suppliers, ensuring our ordering process is as efficient as possible. By exploring the new, smarter procurement tools on display, we ensure our clients receive competitive pricing and faster access to stock.
