To achieve this we’ve extended our incident management partnership with FMG to enable us to provide around the clock accident management services so you can be sure that your drivers will be supported no matter what time of day or night it is.
With FMG we’ve got a 24/7 service 365 days of the year, that acts as the first notification of loss, roadside recovery and nationwide repairs for all of our clients and the latest development expands to include out of hours breakdown services. Additional maintenance services include tyre and glass replacements as well.
The incident management service priorities the safety of drivers to ensure they’re fully supported in all eventualities no matter what the time is.
FMG use a network of certified repair and recovery operators around the UK to fix any vehicle roadside, and where this isn’t possible recovery of the vehicle and driver to safe locations so that repairs can be completed at a safe location in line with the fleet’s requirements.
