Adam is our Senior Customer Services Adviser.
Having worked in our Customer Services Team with the business for three years, in January 2019 Adam was promoted to a senior position, taking on additional responsibilities.
Our Customer Services Team are the ones who will get your finance documents issues, arrange delivery once they're approved and help with any queries you have along the way or later in your lease. It's also Adam and the team who will help you at the end of the contract to arrange collection and put you in touch with our Renewals Department if you would like to take out another lease.
After working at Wessex Fleet for nearly four years Adam really enjoys working with great colleagues and helping customers get their perfect lease cars as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Adam passed his test as quickly as he could and was just 17 years old when he got his full licence. He was keen to get on the road as quickly as possible and within a week was driving around in his very first car, a brown Ford Fiesta.
His current car is a grey Volkswagen Golf which he got a great maintained lease deal on through Wessex Fleet.
Adam likes leasing because it's more convenient for him and lets him drive a better model than if he was to buy a car outright. Adding a maintenance package to his lease was an easy choice for Adam, as he has a simple one-stop number for all his maintenance and servicing needs. He'd never considered leasing before joining Wessex Fleet but working here he's seen how straightforward and simple the process is and is now on his third lease car!
Going back to his Ford roots Adam’s favourite car is also his dream car – the Ford Mustang, Adam likes the American Muscle car in particular the 1970's navy model but he is also a fan of the latest edition in Kona Blue.
Adam’s top two songs to listen to when he’s driving are The Chain by Fleetwood Mac and No Particular Place to Go by Chuck Berry.
